We’ve ended up stopping in Hope a fair bit on our travels through BC but we’ve never had a meal there – so we were happy to find “The Cutting Board” when we stopped there for lunch. Our friendly server brought us fresh salads, delicious fish entrees and sandwiches and we went on our way stuffed as usual.
