Notes:
We were a little suspicious of this sushi restaurant when we arrived to find it smack dab in the middle of a suburban strip mall, but we were pleasantly surprised by the full, tasty rolls, perfectly salted edamame and fresh sashimi. We would not have pegged Iowa for a place that would serve excellent sushi but this was a treat.
