After we performed on Prairie Home Companion, we were in the mood to celebrate with sushi. Alex Seitz from Red House Records (who was acting as our tour manager for the trip) sprinted several city blocks to make sure this restaurant stayed open. And thankfully it did! This beautiful, darkly warm space is the perfect backdrop for some of the most creative Japanese food we have ever experienced. Fresh and flavourful, we wouldn’t be surprised if this sushi is the best in Madison. It was quite an experience.
