We’re not sure what it is about smallish midwest towns, but often you can find the most unbelievable Mexican joints hidden in strip malls or set downtown beside the local sandwich shop. We ate here twice in our short stay in Oskaloosa, home of the some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Great food and fabulous people!
