Notes:

We made a point of walking down to Maggie’s after every person we met in Lincoln raved about this tiny vegetarian haven. And after we ate there, we understood why. The organic coffee was strong, the salads heaping, and the daily features included delicious curries and homemade soup. We shared a few dishes, sat at one of the four or so tables and watched the world go by.
