We’ve never actually eaten here but Nicky had a most fabulous conversation with owner Blake Spalding about this restaurant and Blake’s devotion to growing, preparing and serving food in the most sustainable, earth-friendly, zen-like way possible. Hell’s Backbone Grill is one inspiring place and we can’t wait to make it there to sample its delicacies and good vibes ourselves.
