Gredos 

Notes:

While staying in Bilbao, we all stopped into Gredos for excellent coffee and some delicious tortillas (pieces of savory egg pie). These are a mainstay of the Basque region diet (at least that’s what we ascertained based on their presence in every restaurant we encountered) and they make a great snack or a light lunch.
