This excellent restaurant was recommended to us by a few people – the proprietor of the Cow bay Cafe (Adrienne Johnston) in Prince Rupert told us that the owner of Don Diego’s was her mentor – based on our tremendous experience at the Cow Bay, we knew we had to go. Though there are limited items available every day, every one of them sound delectable (from homemade soups to gouda and brie quiches and quesedillas) and every dish we tried was great. The desserts were homemade and delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant bright and sunny. Thanks to Wendy for joining us!
