Cafe Origins

We know there are probably several other great restaurants in Jim Thorpe, but for some reason, we keep coming back to Cafe Origins for every meal. It’s a beautiful, smallish room filled with Tibetan-inspired wall hangings, photos and fabrics. Try the excellent miso soup and the salmon burger wrap. The salads are fresh and tasty, too.
