Brad Purdy is the executive chef with the Maine Media Workshops and he prepared the most unbelievable spread of food for us in our dressing room before our show in Rockport. There was every variety of vegetable and salad you can imagine, curries, fish, meat, delectable soup and fresh fruits as well as homemade pies and brownies. It almost made us cry, it was so good.
