It’s not much to look at but this restaurant is all about atmosphere and attitude. The owners will serve up some delicious greasy spoon servings and if you ask for substitutions or anything special, they’ll give you a little piece of their minds, too. I suspect there may be a heart of gold under the tough exterior of the woman who owns Boomers but she’s not likely to show it.
